Based on this comprehensive review, we will prepare a detailed and itemized product quotation outlining specifications, quantities, and pricing for your consideration. Throughout this stage, we maintain clear and open communication, ensuring you have full visibility into the proposed solutions and associated costs.

If we encounter a complex project, we will create a PPT proposal to help you better understand how our products are used within the project.
Confirmation & Refinement
Upon formal confirmation of the project proposal and pricing, and following contract execution, Alavus will initiate the sample and technical development phase. Material samples will be prepared in accordance with the approved specifications, allowing for a clear evaluation of finishes, textures, and overall quality.
In parallel, our design and engineering teams will produce detailed technical drawings outlining all structural and design elements. These drawings will be submitted for client review and approval to ensure full alignment before proceeding further.
For projects involving greater complexity or custom requirements, we will also develop a comprehensive 3D model. This visual representation provides a clearer understanding of the design intent, spatial integration, and overall effect within the intended environment. Throughout this stage, our focus remains on precision, transparency, and ensuring the proposed solution fully reflects the client’s vision and expectations.

We will produce detailed technical drawings in PDF format for the client’s review and confirmation.

We will provide the project source files for the client's review, modification, and final confirmation.

PRODUCT ZIP
Similarly, we will organize and package all the drawings, documents, and sample photographs to send to the client.

Final Confirmation & Production
Following the client’s formal approval of the finalized technical drawings, sample specifications, and 3D model documentation, Alavus will promptly proceed with the production phase. All confirmed details and requirements will be clearly and accurately communicated to our manufacturing workshop to ensure precise execution.
During this stage, our team will coordinate production scheduling, material procurement, and skilled labor allocation to maintain a seamless and efficient workflow. Strict quality control measures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process to ensure every component meets Alavus standards and the approved specifications.
We remain fully committed to the agreed project timeline, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, consistency, and reliability. Our objective is to deliver a finished product that aligns precisely with the client’s expectations and performs flawlessly within its intended environment.

Product Trial Assembly & Packaging
Before shipment, Alavus conducts thorough product trial assembly and electrical testing to ensure that every detail aligns with the client’s specifications. During this phase, we maintain active communication with the client to confirm packaging requirements, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
We will also carefully review all lighting diagrams, installation drawings, and accessory schematics. Packing labels will be printed to serve as packing lists, facilitating easier identification of accessory boxes by on-site workers during installation.
In addition, we offer custom printing services for brand logos, product lists, brochures, and other materials. Every printed item will be tailored to meet the client’s specifications, ensuring that all project documentation is consistent, professional, and aligned with the overall design vision.

Transportation & Installation
The goods will be shipped through the logistics channel designated by the client. We will fully coordinate with the logistics provider to ensure smooth loading and timely delivery. In cases where the client does not have a preferred logistics partner, Alavus is happy to recommend trusted logistics services and handle the entire shipment process on their behalf.
Upon arrival, our team of technical experts will oversee the installation process, ensuring that everything aligns with the agreed specifications. We will provide comprehensive installation guidance to the client, and if necessary, arrange on-site technical support to facilitate a seamless and efficient setup.
